Hey all I was just wondering who everyone uses for background and credit checks on tenants. Why do you use that one?

@Brett Staples

I use Mysmartmove.com by Transunion. It was endorsed by BP founder @Joshua Dorkin. They give you the holy trinity: Credit, Eviction and Criminal history. What I like about them is that they tell you if the potential tenant makes X times more than the rent you will be charging and they give you suggestion if you should accept, decline or be cautious with this person. That takes the burden off me when I have to reject a potential tenant because then I can say "due to a third-party decision, your application has been denied."
