I initially provided all paper products, spices, soaps to refill the soap dispensers, plastic storage and garbag bags, etc. .

I began having back problems in my early twenties.  20 years later and multiple surgeries later I am unable to work.

If this is a pier and beam home I would consider installing a plastic liner in crawl space.
