Checking my CPA's performance with another CPA.

Is there a firm for investors that will look at my taxes and advise me if my CPA is doing the right thing for me as an investor.

I went through this two years ago. I interviewed probably 6 different firms, and chose two of them. I turn around and make them both work my taxes, then we have a powwow once both are done to compare.  They hate it but it keeps everyone honest AND usually works out for my benefit.
