Now, that is stability and is a great test of what can happen if we have a downturn.Now, barriers to entry are high so participating as a fractional owner in large MF and investing w/in these large growth markets, specially (class B/C value add large apts) with experienced operators is one area you should seriously consider.I do not think all your money should go here.
