Fractional investment for train vacations

Although I've always thought "riding a train" to visit the country would be nice. However, I have next to no knowledge about trains. Currently, I did receive a 90 day pre-exclusive option for a fractional investment purposes. Anyone who has knowledge about passenger trains, I would happily love to pique your brains about something I see potential in income opportunity in.
