Real Estate Investor from CA
Hi All,
I am a real estate investor from California. I currently own 3 homes, my personal residence and 2 rental properties in North Dakota. I work with a contractor that builds new homes for me that I sell, and sometimes keep. Looking to grow my business in North Dakota and also investigate where else I could go!

Hello and welcome to BP! You can do good in Texas. Not just because I live in Dallas County. I am not being biased, I know it will be continually growing. Your experience in sales will help you. The DFW Airport will always be an asset to you. It is just about 10 minutes from us. You won't have to worry about winter here most of the time. You can go anywhere in the Midwest and do well. Just know the market you choose and pick good locations. It is all about wisdom and the quantities you make offers on. Not smart but be wise. Have a good Inspector to help you. Have experienced Team members. Especially a trustworthy Attorney. Do not try to do everything yourself. I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago and I am still trying to decide what to do.
