rf=t (not sure if this helped my fico score)everyones creidt situation is different and they can or may need to the same thing or more however in my case, I received documentation from the CC companied reflecting my new balance and my mortgage broker did a rapid rescore and my fico score went up 31 points.

It's doubtful you're going to get a 15-20% return (or at least cash-on-cash return) on an investment property, which is what you would need to do to justify buying the property before paying off the credit cards.If you're averaging 15% on the cc, student loan, and tax debts, then you're looking at spending $3k/year in interest just on those.

dont be curious about long distance mgmt. all things considered close is far better.if you self manage, knock 30% off str income (cc fees, commissions to OTAs, self employment tax and a lot of other things.).
