Meanwhile 'un-permitted' rehab work has begun on the other units & apparently that was reported, but still no resolution.maybe times HAVE NOT changed. 

Another is a relatively new operation to come to town - a company called Wedgewood that has more experience on the coast and has begun playing here.

This year, I’ve joined forums, listened to podcasts, read a couple of books about MFH and flipping and even begun studying for my RE license to gain additional knowledge about the industry.
