Greetings one and all!

So yes, I'm new to both the investing and BP worlds. I'm predictably excited about all of the opportunities to learn in here - and succeed out there! My name is Sam Stuckey and I live in El Paso, TX. I'm 26 years old and currently serving with the United States Army at Ft. Bliss. I'll admit that I've been attracted by the idea of investing for years, but lacked the knowledge, understanding, and commitment to defeat those nasty inhibitors. As of right now, I'm serving my last week and a half of a nine month long combat deployment to Afghanistan as an infantryman. It's helped me to re-prioritize many things in my life - especially my time! I realize I've only got so much of it left and I don't want to waste any of it! So here I am!

At any rate, as I continue to learn and develop a potential business strategy, I've decided the tactic that seems to suit me the best currently is flipping homes (at a rate of 3-5 per year) and then using some of the capital that will produce to pay down payments on future buy-and-hold properties sometime within the next 2-4 years! I'm looking forward to building relationships with like-minded individuals and learning from folks that would be willing to help! Hopefully this little intro will do...

Obviously if anyone has any questions I'd be more than happy to oblige. Thank you!

Sam
