Starting Out- Seeking Mentor

Sabrina D.
Posted

Hello All-

New to Bigger Pockets (2023) and REI. As someone that's worked in corporate america for too long, educated and successful, I've reached a point in my career where I can fully committed time and effort to becoming an REI. It's something I've always been passionate about but limited bandwidth in the past.

This year, I’ve joined forums, listened to podcasts, read a couple of books about MFH and flipping and even begun studying for my RE license to gain additional knowledge about the industry.  I share this because while still working F/T, I’m fully committed to becoming a REI, have a good foundation of knowledge but looking for someone that would be interested in becoming a mentor to help me pull all this learned info together and apply it without getting analysis paralysis  Looking at a couple hours a week of support.

Currently based in PA. Recent transplant from Chicago & NYC.

Thank-you in advance!

you are in the right industry for a huge upside.  but just to get people to mentor you is not easy and the top investors arent going to take interest.

i would connect with some top investors in your area and see what you can do to help them in their business.  just getting around success will propel you further in real estate then all the things you are currently consuming.

these  types of relationships will open up huge doors for you and will be your ultimate short cut to success...
