You really just need to look at a few things. 1) would you be comfortable with a stranger coming and going as they pleased with where this shed is located on your property if it was you living there?

It was extremely challenging because there were 4 strangers that needed to get along.

@Dan JonesRenting essentially rooms to strangers is a different business. 

 - Unfortunately I signed her onto a year lease, but the fact that she is allowing strangers into the building to sleep in the common area floor is enough grounds to evict.  

Account Closed people who know you, will trust you, easier than strangers. 

Maybe it is just female caution about meeting strangers.

Most people would not put up 90k to a stranger who has no experience in RE.Also the property is in Lorain which is far west Cleveland.

IN CONTRAST, HERE'S HOW MLM'S WORK: As opposed to selling directly and earning training commissions, an MLM is a situation where (in theory) you get all sorts of residual income from strangers in your "downline" you've never even met whether you work or not.
