They have contracts in their demo version and much more.

(this deals with the simplicity of the project- usually if there is no earth moving or structural changes then they can do an expedited review)Can we do preliminary work prior to the permit (any demo or framing of walls)?

As for now we have quite the massive demo and cleanup to do,  wish us luck!

So the question I have right now is whether to get the place tested before we begin to demo, or not?  

I can get the materials needed at a lower than normal cost because I am a employee there.I can offer labor work, paint job, demo, remodeling and junk removal.

I've been involved in a few flips doing demo, but not as an investor.
