Where can i find contract templates?

Hey guys, I'm totally new to flipping and have been doing a lot of online studying to try to figure out how to get started. I'm a contractor and am doing my first rehab flip currently, but want to try to get into wholesaling as well. Does anyone have any advice on where i can find a template for the contracts i need to wholesale flip a house. i know i need one to get the house under contract and one to assign the contract to the end buyer. This has been holding me back from getting started and i'm getting frustrated with the lack of information on this topic online. If anyone can help id really appreciate it!
