That means someone paid $350k for the Pair of houses, not for each.......county property appraisers show the Total sales price for a multiple parcel purchase, for each parcel.  

For what it's worth regarding my property, these uncommon types of paired SFR units typically sell for less than a comparably-sized traditional detached SFR in my area, as much as 25% less... but the rents are barely 10% less, and they rent for more than condos (which often have about the same monthly payment when you factor in HOA,) making them prime buy and hold candidates, in my opinion.

I know this is idea could be rife with problems, but a fellow landlord who doesn't have an incentive to hide problems may be a good resource to act as a second pair of eyes for you. 

I know the zestimate is worthless, but it's annoying to have potential renters see a ridiculously low zestimate when paired with actual rent. 

I was able to fix an oven that wouldn't light in about 20 minutes, the igniter was only $50 and the only tools I needed were a screw driver and a pair of pliers.

It's great to have a second pair of eyes looking over the numbers especially when you're first getting started.

The theories I hear regarding this one is that over time the dollar (or whichever currency you use) is worth less and less.
