Investor Friendly Banks

Does anyone know of any investor friendly banks in the Pittsburgh area? I am looking for banks that are willing to provide financing for flips, whether it's just for the construction or the entire deal. I know hard money lenders are willing to lend to investors, but their interests are far above those of banks.
