My husband and I are new to the real estate world. We bought a foreclosure and remodeled it, lived in it for 6 years and now are looking to sell. We plan to buy another investment property to live in short term. Our long term goal is to start flipping and selling houses that we do not live in. We both work as nurse practitioners, so at least for now this will be something we do on the side. We plan to hire out all the major remodeling work, especially since we have a new baby!
