I've been a member of BP since 2022 and just learning as much as I can from listening to the pod-casts, reading books (Rental Property Investments by Brandon Turner, Rich Dad/Poor Dad, Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refi, and Repeat by David Greene...to name a few) and hoping to connect to like minded people to help navigate this journey.  

We have over 35 rented townhomes in Cheyenne, twenty peas in a pod in Gillette (20 unit apartment) and over 45 rentals in Colorado.

Little stuff like this annoys me when my family rents weekly condos and it feels like we have to run the dishwasher after every meal and then go buy dishwasher pods based on running it constantly or just go buy disposable.  

Differences:Education: J&G educational content is more robust, MIH is building thiers up but they are also newer, I believe they started about 1-1.5 yrs ago.Networking: J&G helps create account ability pods for members that want to be in one, and you can also network with whoever you want to in the group.

I have listened to BP pod cast and done lots of research and never have I heard that.

This doesn't mean your property needs a hot tub, but it does mean you need to add the thoughtful touches that make it feel like home: a well stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials, more than just a stingy supply of "starter" household products (don't be the guy who leaves a couple of Tide pods, one dishwasher tab and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom).
