The time has come and I am looking for something better and with a nice interface.

I haven't used it, or heard of it, but I wouldn't consider using them after I browsed their website.Attorneys are like any other profession - some are really good at their jobs, and others just phone it in.

However if you browse through any property appraiser's website you can see that most small landlords don't do this in the real world.

I’m the past, we’ve used basic GIS overlays for “browsing” areas and properties based on variables such as school districts, acreage, floodplain, etc..

From browsing Airbnb and VRBO, it looks like a majority of properties are managed by either Vacasa or Evolve, but of course their fees are in excess of 20%Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
