Asset based lending recommendations in Texas

I have a deal that in looking at, but with my age and short credit history, it would be impossible to get any type of traditional financing from a bank. Does anyone have any recommendations for private or hard money lenders that will loan solely based on the asset itself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
