New Investor from Indianapolis, IN
Hi Everyone!
I'm very excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community! I'm an new investor in Indianapolis, IN. I've owned my home for about 4 years and it is time for me to expand into more real estate investing. I am primarily looking to invest in SFR and duplexes to hold as rental properties. I have been browsing and reading on here for months, but as I learn more I am getting more serious about purchasing my first property. By the end of the year I would like to close on my first investment property and have it rented and flowing cash.
I have a full time job as an engineer. My goal is to collect a portfolio of rental properties that allows me to generate income and retire early. I look forward to connecting with other investors and RE professionals and meeting some of you at future Indianapolis meetups!
