If you plan to grow your portfolio I would recommend the growth plan so you have everything in one place. 

My goal is to continue to grow my wholesale business and start my own flips in the near future allowing me to grow my active income.

So looking for a lending partner that will help me grow as efficiently as possible.Also would love to connect with anyone doing something similar or with any development wisdom to share.  

The problem with this is that they tend to place INCOME as the main feature of any investment they’re currently considering, and their decision making process centers around how a particular investment will fit into their ULTIMATE portfolio, the one that is large enough to generate all that income which will replace their earnings, and still grow enough to offset inflation.In my opinion, what the investor in this situation should be doing is concentrating on WEALTH BUILDING, not passive income.  

But I have a sense that I'm not making the most of it and that I could potentially grow my portfolio if I made better use of the value in these properties.

Low income subsidized rentals may return a high gross cash flow, but their total investment value in a growing portfolio is more glitter than gold.
