I'm Harris Carr, I'm 21 years young and have been in real estate for around a year. While being a full time college student and a part time boxer I've primarily focused on wholesaling, building a successful business with my best friend that did around $70,000 our first year in the business.

Being from Illinois rules and regulations have caused us to pivot from the traditional assignment of contract. Allowing us to go through the process of buying and selling real estate in its entirety which has showed me the ropes of real estate and eager to learn more investment strategies. My goal is to continue to grow my wholesale business and start my own flips in the near future allowing me to grow my active income. Along side that with the connections I have already made and my joy for meeting new people growing my portfolio is also on the table.
