Hi,

I am new to BP and investing. I just bought a home in San Antonio Texas last October after living in Utah for 30 years. I immediately got to work on renting out to 2 rooms on Airbnb. It's been a crash and burn learn process but I still started getting reservations within 2 months and a LTR that will be with me until next year.

During the process I began thinking, I would like to do this again. Except smarter.

And so began my journey of trying to figure out how.

Welcome to BP Kimberly! While the ride might be bumpy at first, there is no better way to understand the nuances of investing than just jumping in.

Are you thinking about staying in San Antonio for you next invesment?
