So here my advice .. defiantly check out the Bp bookstore as noted above ..try to read a book a week if possible .. a popular one to start out with is rich dad poor dad .. but there are so many more great books also   .. but also check out upcoming pod casts and those that interest you in the archives ..look at the previous posts about subjects that interest you .. also while doing that make sure you soend a but if time each day studying how your local or interesed real estate market is doing .. whats the average after rehab price per sqft in your taget area ... it changes quickly sometimes so i suggest you keep a eye out daily .. ( its not unlike the stock markey in a lot of ways ) So you should be pretty busy by now .. but wait ..there's more ... look up on google or ask on here were you can find local Reia meetings .. ( real estate investment assoc .. ) they are monthy meetings of like minded individuals and companys ( pretty much like BP's but in person ) that discuss real estate .. it is a great way to connect with other local investors .. you never know when your going to meet someone who can help you change your life ... so now you should be using all you soare time with real estate .. but wait there's more ... much more .. but for now this will get you started ... nobody ever said it was going to be easy .. but if your like most if us that do it ... we love it !...
