Hey BiggerPockets!
I'm new to real estate investing - looking for my first deal. I stumbled across the BiggerPockets podcast and was instantly hooked - love the wealth of information here. Currently working a full-time day-job in the finance field but I'm interested in buy & hold rental properties for the passive income. Looking forward to networking and learning more!
