Hi my name is Alex Nunner and I am a 20-year-old third year student at the University of Florida in Gainesville where I study Finance with a minor in Real Estate. My background in real estate is from my current internship in property management and my previous experience working with asset managers over the past summer.

My current goal right now is to start building my network and learning as much as I can from professionals who are more established in the field. Career wise I am looking to find a Real Estate Investing firm where I can grow and learn. Overall I am open to a variety of ventures but Multifamily units and office space are what I have had experience in and they both seem like fields that I would like to pursue as a career.

I came to join BiggerPockets when I was researching multifamily investment properties and I than I spent a considerable amount of time reading posts and watching videos before I decided to finally join! I am excited about all of the resources on this site and look forward to engaging with people and sharing my thoughts and learning from others experience.
