Ring Central can provide 800 numbers at a decent price. 

I use Ring Central for my realtor business and it is not great.

I have a 7br in champions gate that grossed 75k so far this year and still have 5 months left to rent.

Other things you may consider are- Software: PriceLabs= $19.99/mo for one property                  SmartBNB/Hospitable: $18/mo for one property- Security: Ring Doorbell= like $3/mo?                 

I'm looking at Ring, Wyze and similar products but they seem consumer base and not commercial or durable enough.

I started using Ring Central months ago and absolutely love it.

A Lenox was the worst, the condenser constantly leaked due to O ring failures (could have been an install/repair issue) & by the 2nd year the blower & inducer motors both went mid winter.

Your cell/landline can ring and you can call them from both and the google voice number can show up as your caller ID.Used it for many, many years. 

To be completely honest I would be wary of low cost Va's because the cliche "you get what you pay for" rings very true in this business.

In other words, does the information from the beginning of the bigger pockets podcasts still ring true or do we retouch on some of the later pose in a more modern way that holds more value in making quick decisions and taking action on upcoming opportunities in today’s market?
