Communicate with Partners and Tenants

Andy Cairns
Posted

Hi all,

I am looking to make my business a bit more streamlined. We are 3 JV partners on all deals. We have 1 Google Voice number setup (tenants, screening, maintenance, pretty much everything) , but Google Voice isnt great, as only one person can really view messages otherwise they show as read etc, so I am looking for a better solution, what do others in a similar situation do, is there a need fore more than one number? We currently use Discord for chat which is great since we can break out each chat per property, does anyone know of an integration that would allow texts/phone calls. How do you communicate with multiple partners and tenants?

Cheers

Andy
