hahahaJust submit super "low ball" offers and have thick skin for their responses.I remember sellers laughing and verbally abusing me for my low ball offers only to call me a few months later to ask if my offer was still on the table.Gotta love real estate hahaThanks

Bryan, F-150's are just solid assets - everyone should have one.I have a son that has abused the heck out of his for years (he says it's not abused, just neglected), darn thing still gets the job done. 230K+ miles, we rebuilt the front end last summer, rest is still original on it.

Such loans made in another manner, say between a novice business person or investor who is convinced that lending money on a non-recourse basis is par for the course or a common way of doing business with a real estate investor, is absolutely an abuse of the normal and expected use and application of such a lending technique.
