It is too early to tell, but if they abuse the more general .realestate domain, I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of antitrust action.

Unless the rugs are abused and unreasonably horrible, I would consider rug cleaning to be my responsibility in between tenants.

That means more volatility, more risk of non-pay, vacancy, vandalism, abuse etc.

Bryan, F-150's are just solid assets - everyone should have one.I have a son that has abused the heck out of his for years (he says it's not abused, just neglected), darn thing still gets the job done. 230K+ miles, we rebuilt the front end last summer, rest is still original on it.

Such loans made in another manner, say between a novice business person or investor who is convinced that lending money on a non-recourse basis is par for the course or a common way of doing business with a real estate investor, is absolutely an abuse of the normal and expected use and application of such a lending technique.

The properties requiring a bus hop or drive are not as certain to rent.
