I've just started learning and i would appreciate any and all information anyone has in the real estate market and investing in West Virginia.

I own other multi family properties, I've just never done a deal through For Sale by Owner, so its a little new to me.

I've just encountered too many people who discount or put me down for my ambitions including my family and few close friends.

i know it has a bad rep locally for crime and what not but it cant be the whole county. i've looked at it geographically and its location to DC and Baltimore makes me think it should be a commuter location, but i've just never had any interactions with the county at all and know nothing about it.

I’ve just returned back to Canada after being away for 11 years.

I've just finished 2nd underwriting, an waiting on CTC.

I want the best bang for my buck and don't mind researching 100 properties to find 1.I recently found a wholesaler in my area. 

I get people calling from my direct mail wanting to sell their lots, and so far I've just been saying no thanks.
