I am looking to get my feet wet in the real estate investing world. I have been interested for about two years now, have done serious research the past 6-12 months (reading, youtube, talking with agents) and am now deciding to take the jump in. I am thinking of starting with a fix and flip to raise capital and then move into the BRRRR method.

I am working with an agent, mentor, and have financial backing (to an extent) and  am creating this post to make connections with other investors and to find a solid contractor connection as well!

That sounds like a great plan! Getting started with a fix and flip can be an excellent way to gain experience and raise capital for future investments. Building connections with other investors and finding a reliable contractor will be beneficial for your journey. Best of luck in your real estate investing endeavors!
