For Sale By Owner deal
Good Morning,
In the next month or so, I am offering on a 12 unit Multi- Family property. My question is, how should I go about making this offer? Should I type something up so it will be more professional? Speak with the owner over the phone about what and why I'm offering what I am? Or simply just send a text out stating what my offer is? I own other multi family properties, I've just never done a deal through For Sale by Owner, so its a little new to me. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks.

I totally agree! Learning to let the other party break the silence has saved me so much money over the years and uncovered critical details that helped me close deals.
