Go to realtor.com for a start, though there's probably a more local portal to get you to your local MLS.If by foreclosure, you mean you want to directly market to people who are in foreclosure, then the public records at the county recorders office is the source for that data.

I have used Better for a few loans now and have found they have great customer service and their online portal is really easy to use compared to other lenders I have worked with.

The lenders foreclosing pay them a fee for the service they provide doing the marketing and exposing those foreclosures on mainstream portal such Zillow.com trulia.com etc.And it works because it put those houses in front of a larger public than otherwise.
