You and Steve Lloyd were the speakers at my first REIA meeting and it's been greatly inspiring in my growth since then. 

There was a guy on BP back a few years ago doing this model in San Antonio  he was buying 10k as is Junker's then selling them to Hispanic non English speakers for 70k on contract and he wanted CA investor to pay 50k for these notes and he made the delta..

I ran to google after listening to the speaker and have been researching the pros and cons of wholesaling but mainly run into people doing it outside of my local community.

Usually about 170 people there, so it’s great for networking and they have national speakers come in each month for the meetings. 

I just attended the Noteworthy Summit in Irvine, CA (boy I thought South Florida was ritzy, that place was something else), anyway as Martin Saenz was saying there’s stuff out there you just have to get off your duff.One speaker who was probably the smartest person I’ve ever seen in this industry and quite frankly just in general, was Matt Kelley.

The speaker was very knowledge and was a valuable workshop.

@Dave Levy, the speakers don't start til 7PM or later, but since there are 5 of them, they will likely be still speaking after 8:30, so you are welcome whenever you get there.

A woman speaker said that she jacks her prices up pretty high for vacancies that are months away, and she drops them down lower when they're a month away or so--kinda like airline prices. 

I was wondering if people had any suggestions on which seminars to start attending and what speaker to start watching out for or start researching that provides very good insight in REI.
