You’re including deals that were not updated for the renegotiated HIGHER price with seller, deals that were dead that were not moved to dead area yet and ridiculous priced properties that I’ve had to bring down by over $200k and haven’t even sold!

In some jurisdictions if the answer to that last question is in the affirmative, no matter how small of a percentage, the claim is dead.

If scaling is truly impossible and you hit a ceiling at $80000-$90000 a year (figure I have got by googling "How much wholesalers make"), then it's indeed kind of a dead end a job with only benefit of working remote and making your own schedule, away from corporate world and office politics/nonsense.
