I have also done smaller samples of small yellow lined paper with printed handwritten font (looks very close to real) in envelopes with handwritten font addresses and real stamps.

When you hire your own PM, he/she font have to be a licensed professional for accounting and collecting the rent.For evictions you still will hire a lawyer - if it's a LLC, you have to, plus it's going to be more efficient.Depending on the location of your houses, you might not need this part much - SFR Tenants are much more stable.Create your own system and have someone reliable to follow it.
