It is common for many auctions to get called off at the last minute because people will file a court paper to get the auction stopped.  

At a foreclosure auction sale, though, this is a challenge, because we don't have the ability to enter the property until after the title is issued (ten days post sale).  

Tax sale auctions can be very competitive and there is risk involved.Nationally it is said that about 95% of the property owners will redeem and you only get the interest.

I typically buy at online auctions so can someone break this down step by step or correct my steps?

None of the above is new or earth shattering, but his marketing blitz approach and auction style open house along with gift cards for signing in, free stuff if offer is made within 48 hours etc.

Atlant(Fulton County) has been having foreclosure auctions which generally have tons of SFHs.
