Where I am, there is little point going after them as it is a very tenant friendly province and even if the tenancy board sides with you, their ruling is not binding; so you basically waste your time. 

So without knowing what province you are in, it is hard to suggest a lender.

Which is different in every city, province/state anyways.

- This is a good option for you to get a place in ontario to live, but there is always the possibility of investing out of province in much cheaper markets.

I live in Brantford Ontario and am looking to invest out of province.

I thought I had my market narrowed down to small multi family but now I am bouncing all over the place , STR, out of province, etc.

At least part of it seems to be fuelled by people fleeing more populous, richer provinces, like Ontario, for an area that has been relatively spared by COVID.

I’d like to thank you for reading this post,I work full time out of province with fly-in fly-out work so I am rarely home (once or twice every couple months).I have been pondering the idea of purchasing 1 or 2 condos in the West Kelowna or downtown Kelowna area.

Maybe something similar in other provinces?
