Running comparables in Canada
I'm curious what is everyone using to run comps and analysis deals in Canada. US has Zillow and Redfin, is there anything similar in the Great white north ? I know the common answer is to find a good realtor but I'm looking for speed and would rather not hassle someone every day if I don't have too. Cheers

Depends on the area I guess. I use zealty for lower mainland, BC. check out bc assessment. They have sold comparables on their site. Maybe something similar in other provinces?
