Canadian market selection
Hey bp I’ve been following the forums for awhile now. But this is my first post. First I would like to say thanks for all the knowledge you have shared I’ve learned a lot. I live in Brantford Ontario and am looking to invest out of province. My criteria is
Buy and hold rental area
Single family homes
Homes under $200k
Cash flowing properties
Any advice on where to start researching would really help.
Thanks

Pick a landlord friendly province. Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia would be the three I’d start with.
