Maybe because I am just a fan of French Door fridges and Slide In Ranges normally and my eye is drawn to those.

This area has great opportunities for landlords with the majority of the population being military (army, navy, air force), colleges and shipyard workers (the second biggest employer in the state).

We got started by buying personal properties and renting them out when my husband is transferred (Navy).

I'm currently on active duty in the Navy stationed in San Diego with 4 years left before I will be getting out and moving back to New York where I'm going to start my Real Estate investing career.

Our motivation is to be able to control our life when my husband time with the Navy comes to an end.
