Poll: How Much will the Difference in these Kitchen Appliances Add?

Hi,

We're working on a fix and flip and are deciding between two GE kitchen appliance sets (Café vs. Profile). Please chime in on your opinion between the two sets. (If some experienced Realtors, flippers used/listed/sold either that would be great to get feedback too.)

We're hoping to push ARV on this deal to the higher side of our pro-forma so we thought to go a little higher (with the GE Café Series) on the appliances for this to stand out. The difference between the two appliances will come out to just under $1,100.

Thanks in advance for your input:

I would look at KitchenAid if you want to make an impact but not break the bank.  Then you have something to use as a selling feature.  KitchenAid used to be sold solely through K&B dealers but are now sold at big box retailers.  I always search what I'm looking for online and at the other big box retailers and then go to Sears and show them print outs or quotes from other stores and they match each price plus give me 5% further discount.  Last time I bought 5 different appliances and had quotes from 4 different stores or websites (none of them being Sears) and they matched it all plus.  Sears employees seem to care more too.  They get paid on commission!
