One man rehab.

Bought my latest rehab in march. It's about 40 miles away from where I live.  Called my broker to get a current market analysis. Trying to decide to rent or flip? Should be finished this Weekend. This has been a weekend warrior project. I'm glad it's almost done.

Just waiting on the numbers now.

I concur with Brian, recommend you read the rules on IRA investing and fire your CPA or IRA advisor. This could get you in trouble down the road...

However, great job on the renovation and it looks incredible for the amount spent. Invest your IRA with someone else and continue doing what you are doing with someone else's money!
