Also I like the idea of being behind the scenes better than front and center.

The police force and fire departments were cut back, due to lack of funds and the response time was like 2 hours to get to the scene of a crime or fire, if they got there at all!

It's a personal home not a rental property so holding it for the sake of holding and having negative cash flow as well as tenant abuse and damage to the property does not make scenes. 

The crime scene yellow tape is to prevent people from falling while awaiting for the town to send the inspector (Most nervous time in a while).  

I have seen the tech scene explode in Colorado and feel that Reno could do similar in the coming years.

It's not due as much to our status on the world scene as it is due to our culture and geographic isolation.

We have talked about renting it out if she moves, so your comments help me get a better picture of the rural trailer scene. 

I absolutely love my job as I feel good knowing I'm heading to a scene to make someone feel safe.
