My business partner and I have also been interested in Reno. I have seen the tech scene explode in Colorado and feel that Reno could do similar in the coming years. It's tax friendly, near Tahoe (which people love). city is becoming gentrified, big companies moving in and close (ish) proximity to the SF Bay Area. Already have a realtor in the area but have yet to pull the trigger. Interested in finding like minded investors and working together on strategy
