It's super easy, tenants find it simple to fill out applications and make payments via the portal, you can upload all their docs so both of you can easily access anytime, they also market your listing.

I don't use their lease agreements - I use biggerpockets pro lease agreements, have them sign it docusign, then I upload via apartments.com portal
