Then I add the details of that one specific campaign to the app (date sent, lists sent to, mailpiece type like postcard or yellow letter, pic of mailpiece to show colors and content).

So if then I mail out another set of letters/post cards to the same prospects and what, get another 10 calls?

You can save to named lists and has built in $.30/per skip trace 30% hit ratio (but barely usable) post cards (no dynamic data) and email with no dynamic data and ringless voice mail which if you've tried a RVM campaing at least for me its very ineffective.  

@Drew DordanFirst, there is absolutely no reason to not customize your letter and/or postcard.  

I mail postcards to owners of bare land (there is a ton in eastern WA) who are behind on taxes and I am surprised at the number I get returned.

The lead came from a post card that he mailed to absentee owners.
