If stamped architectural plans are deemed to be required for my long-form construction permit at ISD, I would also greatly appreciate it if anyone could recommend an architect or structural engineer that might be appropriate for this type of work.

I could be an architect and then slowly start my real estate investment while I have some other income and hopefully architecture could help me with my investment...Is this plan a bit naive?

I recently graduated college with a Bachelor’s of architecture and currently work as a field superintendent at the World Trade Center.
