Several years ago (like 35 years ago...) when my dad was prepping a house where the tenants left in the middle of the night, I found some underwear that were soilded with blood and stool.

I found out blood can squirt in a pencil size stream constantly from such a leak.

Ophelia,I am honest and some like that and others want it sugar coated.Unless you are dealing with a broker that agent will have to split that commission with the broker.

My rentals average better than 2%, but they are all about cash flow and I bought them when the blood was in the street.

Put some--a little--into lids such as yogurt lids, sour cream lids, etc, along with some dry sugar of cocoa powder and slide them under the stove, fridge, back of cupboards, etc, where kids and pets can't get to them.Shouldn't take long before they're gone.

I don't see much wrong if an individual wants their barber to perform a tooth extraction or a blood letting, but the state wants dentistry, medicine...and even barber's to be licensed and to perform only the activities that they are licensed to do in order to protect the public interest.
