"Can I as a Home Owner - legally offer a Fee - to Anyone Who Refers A Buyer For a Property I Own, That Results in A Sale?

This is a 5 bedroom Beach Front Property on a Small Florida Island. Would make a Good Investment For A Business Enity to Use for Entertaining Clients for a Weekend Stay On the Beach.  Or an International wanting to move money to the U.S.A.

This of course can vary by state law, but in all the states I am licensed in, no this would not be legal.  Fees for referring someone for the purposes of buying or selling real estate can only be made and collected by licensed agents.
